Timeframe: You have 30 days from purchase to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial refunds: May apply if items are damaged, not in original condition, missing parts (not our error), or returned after 30 days.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Sale items: Refundable.

Clearance items: Non-refundable.
Exchanges

We replace items only if defective or damaged. Email us at info@lucidfidgets.co.nz and return the item to:

Gifts

If marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit once your return is received.

If not marked as a gift, refunds go to the original purchaser.
