Returns & Refunds Policy

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from purchase to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Partial refunds: May apply if items are damaged, not in original condition, missing parts (not our error), or returned after 30 days.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Refund timing depends on your bank/credit card provider. If delayed, check with them first, then contact us at info@lucidfidgets.co.nz.

Sale & Clearance Items

  • Sale items: Refundable.

  • Clearance items: Non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if defective or damaged. Email us at info@lucidfidgets.co.nz and return the item to:
    8 Crest Lane, Redcliffs, Christchurch 8081.

Gifts

  • If marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit once your return is received.

  • If not marked as a gift, refunds go to the original purchaser.

Shipping

  • Send returns to: 8 Crest Lane, Redcliffs, Christchurch 8081.

  • Customers pay return shipping (non-refundable). 

  • Consider tracked/insured shipping for expensive items—we can’t guarantee receipt of returns.
